By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the MPO212 Platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are of legal age to participate in online gambling activities (minimum 21 years of age).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• The funds you use on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

Your acceptance of these Terms creates a binding legal agreement. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform and, if you already hold an account, contact our support team to request account closure.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on MPO212, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. MPO212 strictly prohibits access to its platform by minors. If at any point we have reason to believe that a registered user is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the account and conduct a formal age verification review. Any winings accumulated by an underage user shall be forfeited.

4.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location. MPO212 accepts no liability for users who access the Platform in breach of their local laws.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account on MPO212. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. MPO212 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.

When registering for an MPO212 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 Required Information

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes).
• Valid email address and Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR).

5.2 KYC Verification

MPO212 implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during your account lifetime at our sole discretion, you may be required to submit:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identity document (MyKad/NRIC, Driver's License, or Passport).
• Proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document.
• Evidence of the source of funds, where required by our compliance procedures.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of document submission. MPO212 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until KYC requirements are satisfied.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify MPO212 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. MPO212 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

MPO212 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency).
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• MPO212 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply separate charges.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and within 5 to 15 minutes for bank transfers.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment account in your own verified name. MPO212 does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing times: e-walets 5–15 minutes; bank transfers 30–60 minutes; cryptocurrency 15–30 minutes. Times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• Your KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus must satisfy its applicable wagering requirements before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.

MPO212 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who are eligible under the specific promotion criteria.
• MPO212 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and verified identity is permitted.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched or arbitrage betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. Certain game categories (e.g., sports betting, lottery) may contribute at different rates or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
